Air Bookings:
Air quotes are complimentary. Ticketing fees are outlined below.
We work with Brownell’s concierge Air Desk to offer expert assistance with your flight arrangements. They assist with monitoring schedule changes and provide access to 24hr support while you travel so you’re never stuck waiting in line at the ticket desk or on hold with an airline agent.
Ticketing Fees (+)
- $75 per person for domestic travel within North America and the Caribbean
- $150 per person for international travel (maximum $500 per family)
We recommend comprehensive travel insurance and can provide personalized quotes through our trusted insurance partners.
Concierge Support:
To further enhance your stay, concierge support is available to assist with dining reservations, spa appointments, and other on-property experiences. We’re always happy to connect you directly with your hotel concierge to coordinate these details in advance.
